A native Coloradoan, as CEO and Founder of Integrity HOA and Asset Management, she and her team deliver exceptional, service-driven management rooted in best practices, industry expertise, and a deep dedication to ethical stewardship.
Her decade of foundational experience as a federal paralegal with the U.S. Department of Justice shaped her disciplined approach to governance, compliance, and precision. Coupled with her long-standing background in real estate, from launching her own brokerage in 1999 to working across multi-family development and association structuring, Lallis brings a uniquely powerful skill set to community management.
These combined experiences inspired the creation of Integrity HOA and Asset Management, where she now applies the full breadth of her legal, operational, and real estate knowledge to provide Boards and homeowners with exceptional guidance and support. Her leadership is defined by excellent customer service, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to implementing the industry’s best practices—refined through years of education, advanced credentialing, and firsthand experience.
